Helios + Replit Agent

Use Replit Agent with Helios through MCP when the client supports MCP connections. Keep access explicit, scoped, and revocable.

Connect Replit Agent to Helios

Follow the MCP setup flow in Replit Agent, then use the Helios MCP endpoint from the public documentation.

Ask for approval before each write. Helios MCP can expose training context and approved training changes. It does not manage accounts, profiles, live sessions, completed history, or history creation.

Paste into Replit AgentMCP
Connect to Helios through MCP from Replit Agent and help me get started.

First, ask me to approve the connection and explain the access you need. Then inspect my available training context with the read tools.

Help me create a first workout plan from my goals, schedule, equipment, and current level. Ask for approval before every write. Use MCP to save the approved plan and return the change set after each successful write.

Do not create or change account credentials, profile data, live workout sessions, or completed history through MCP. Tell me when I need to finish one of those steps in Helios.

Keep the connection useful and reversible.

Start with read access. Approve each change. Review the returned change set after a write, and revoke the connection when you no longer need it.
